Refund Policy  

We strive to have 100% satisfied customers. If there is some reason you are not happy, please email us within seven (7) days to express your concern and we will do what we can to make it right even including offering your money back. To receive your money back, the item must be returned in the original condition and we only refund the amount paid for the item, not including any shipping fees paid. All shipping companies charge their fee regardless of the situation and we have no control over this. If we agree that the reason for the return was due to an error on our part and returned in original condition, then we will be happy to consider paying for the original shipping.

Sales Tax  BirdBedand Breakfast.com only charges sales tax to residents of Texas.  Because we are located in the state of Texas, we are required by law to charge sales tax in Texas.

 

24 hour Ordering    You can place your order at any time.  We will process your order within 48 hours. You should receive your order in 5-10 business days.

Shipping and Payment Options    Your information and order are protected through our secure ordering system, protection to keep your personal and credit information secure and private.We accept Visa, Mastercharge, American Express and Discover.  We ship UPS Ground to the 48 continental states.  You should receive your order in 5-10 business days..
